Eric Hoeft   Kurt Hoeft   Ed Mistak   Rod Ehrman Eric Hoeft - President Eric founded Capital City Consulting in January of 1998.  He is a Miami University graduate who holds a degree in Systems Analysis and has a strong background in business management and software development. During his career, he was formally trained as a process engineer and has attended continuing education classes in business management, business development, project management, team building, finance and professional mentoring.  He has filled the roles of software developer, project manager, IT manager, management consultant and business owner.
