Available Positions
Network Engineer
At least four years of real world/professional Microsoft environment support experience. Can configure and support a Microsoft Network environment from desktop through servers. Can correctly design and implement AD, group policies and computing best practices. Can perform basic network firewall, router and switch configuration and support. Some solid basic knowledge and skills around advanced technical tools in areas of visualization, networking and storage. Able to work directly with clients to guide them in their IT construction and planning.
Client Services Supervisor
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication, sales, and project management skills.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services to clients
- Supervise a team of client services representatives, providing guidance and support
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase our products or services
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-up
Low Voltage Cable Technician
EasyIT Connect is a systems integrator installing networks, surveillance systems, door access control and sound systems into commercial buildings in central Ohio. We offer competitive pay, benefits, a great working environment, on the job training and paid formal training in emerging technologies/systems. Our low-voltage techs use our company vans to travel to job sites where we pull copper and fiber cable to connect systems along with doing systems installation and configuration. Technicians may be required to travel for work. The extent of travel can vary based on the specific role and company needs. In general, we travel 50% of the time or less. For many projects, an out of state travel bonus will be given. Hand and power tools are supplied.
Candidates needs to be organized, reliable and passionate about providing High-quality service. As we install integrated systems, we look for individuals who can learn on the job and solve complex problems. We offer on the job and classroom training for this position.
EasyIT Connect is a division of EasyIT, an IT services firm that provides helpdesk services, network and systems engineering. The individual we hire will work alongside Systems and Network Engineers who will be building out networks and server infrastructure.
